Plot Synopsis
When British picture framer, Jonathan Trevanny, makes a disparaging remark on Tom Ripley's taste, Ripley plans a subtle revenge. Now living in Italy, when former protege Reeves makes an unwelcome visit, an opportunity for his revenge presents itself, as Ripley devises a plan to turn the innocent Trevanny into a murderer.
