2006 was the year singer song writers Marc Grubert and Brian Hoffman began working on the Bellamy Rose concept. After working together in countless other projects they discovered a laid back easy sound and decided to further develop it. After a few months of writing, local Idaho folk legend Daniel Reed joined the band cementing their signature 3 part harmonies. Shortly after, MK Rosen and Jim Adams joined as a package giving Bellamy Rose it's full bodied finish. With each member possessing over 20 years of professional musical experience it didn't take long for the band to become cohesive. They spent the next 6 months writing songs and just getting tight, they really wanted to focus on being a band and building a friendship. Soon after entering the studio to record the band landed the opening slot for The Young Dubliners at the Taco Bell Arena in Boise Idaho, not a bad first gig. After a great show with The Dub's they began working the Idaho music scene and playing regular dates. Their first CD titled 'Tracks' was released in April of 2008 and is available at most major retailers.
