After starting out in the small clubs of Timmins, Blind Dog Circus has since broken into the indie rock scene with their hard hitting live performance and tight sweeping sound. This has created the strong "buzz" that encouraged them to record their demo release Act 1. With the release of their demo came increasing popularity which invoked a string of interviews on both internet, and FM radio stations in both Canada and the U.S. In fact, "Timmins Best Rock" Q92 invited the band out for a "Live" sit down to discuss their CD release party which had drawn a sold out crowd. None of which had been expected by any of the band members. With their hard hitting guitar driven crunch, melodic vocals and driving bass and drum lines, Blind Dog Circus is gaining momentum at an outstanding rate and is continuing on their quest for greatness. Timothy Grant, Mike Blais, Cory Jobin and Charlie Power make up the crew, who have shared the stage and played festivals with bands such as Faber Drive, Finger Eleven, State Of Shock, Kim Mitchel, High Holy Days, Cold Driven, Honeymoon Suit, Ill Scarlett, Low Level Flight and Rally Car. They have earned a strong following in the Canadian indie rock scene with standout tracks like \'Monster in Me\' and "The Trend", which are dominating local airwaves with rotation multiple times per day. Their video release of "Monster in Me" has received 30,000 plays on YouTube and is climbing higher every minute. With their fan base growing everyday and continuously favorable CD and merchandise sales, it's no surprise that the band has been writing diligently for a possible second record. - Buddha himself once said "There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth; not starting, and not going all the way." Even with their increasing success Blind Dog Circus has remained true to their motto, "Success comes only before Work in the dictionary." Blind Dog circus has continued to play shows across Canada, bringing it hard, time and time again.
