~Brooke Rochelle~ Brooke Rochelle Mullinix was born November 22, 1991 in Kirksville, Missouri. She presently resides in Downing, Missouri and is the daughter of Daron and Dianna Mullinix. She has two sisters, Bethany, 16, and Destinee, 13. At the age of two, Brooke began singing on her karaoke machine that her daddy got her for Christmas and hasn't put the microphone down since. Brooke has been involved in numerous talent competitions in Missouri, Iowa and Illinois since the age of seven where she has consistently placed in the vocal division. At the age of eleven she began performing in her fathers country band, "Second Wind". At the age of thirteen she placed second in the Colgate Country Showdown in Quincy, IL in the local division. She has also performed at local country music theaters in Missouri and Iowa. In July, 2006 she will be the opening act at the NEMO Fair in Kirksville, MO for Dierks Bently. Brooke had the privilege of recording two of Kenny Beards' songs in his studio, Bayou Recording, in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 12. Kenny has written several songs that have went all the way to the top for Tracy Lawrence. She has also just returned from Nashville and finished an 11-song CD which has six of her original songs on it. As Brooke's name became well-known in the region she began to receive requests to perform at weddings, public events, and singing the National Anthem for local events and ballgames. She will be a freshman at Schuyler County R-1 Schools in Queen City, Mo, in the fall of 2006. Page 2 Brooke, now fourteen, has began writing and playing her own music on one of her many guitars. She continues to follow her dream of becoming a Superstar in Country Music.
