Lamar 'D-Eagle' Dales was born in Maryland in April of 1986. At the age of 13 D-Eagle began right his first rap. It really didn't take time for D-Eagle to catch on to the pattern of writing a song. D-Eagle was raised in the Erie ave section of North Philadelphia (since the age of 2), so everything he saw he wrote about. Watchin the drug dealers and crack addicts come in and out of his house, so he embraced that kind of living. He lost a lot of friends and family due to this kind of living. By the time he was in his early teens D-Eagle hit the studio, and began working. He began to face the trails and tribulations in life, like, moving on his own and the birth of his first child. His financial status kept him dropping a CD. But that never stopped him from staying focus and continuing his path to success. He watch other artist from his area (such as Hollowman, Major Figgas, and more) grow and get their shine. He too planned to follow in their foot steps. He link up some guys he went to school with (Hot Scorchas) and began cutting records. He put his own money and time into everything he had to do, hoping that he become something or make a step higher from were he was at. After hearing "Street Politics" (a name the J-Phobic from Hot Scorchas came up with), D-Eagle decided to take and use it for their group name. With the name established, D-Eagle and the Hot Scorchas got together and formed ("let's talk politics") a mixtape. After that, he was involved with a mixtape release party, and a couple shows at samba nightclub, 923, and neighborhood bars. D-eagle's talent has been recognized at both mainstream and some what at an underground level. He began to start networking and colaberating with other artist. D-eagle has worked with different artist such as bump j (major figgas), reed dollaz (beyond bars records), kahmar, hollow man (paper chasers)& more. He has been on 'urban expressions', blog talk radio, different showcases (such as making the next hit), and perform on a tv show in atl. Now he is currently working on his debut solo album 'I'm here' which is dated to drop 03. 16. 2008.
