David Malinich is a guitar player, composer, musician, producer and engineer who owns and operates Guitar Sound Studio, a recording studio in Coleman, MI. He has played guitar, bass and keyboards for 30 years, and has written more than a thousand songs in Rock, Metal, Blues, Jazz, Film Score Electronic/Orchestral, and other genres, mostly instrumentals. David writes and records his own music mainly for film, television, and other multi-media projects. He has had over 150 songs published, and is currently working with publishers in Los Angeles, New York, Michigan, North Carolina, and others, and has had his music play on National Primetime TV, radio, and other mediums. David is a member of ASCAP, and is also the guitarist for the Michigan based instrumental jazz/blues/rock band "The Chromatic Effect". David lives in Michigan with his wife Angie and their son Jonathan. 'Ele-Mental Instru-METAL' is the 4th CD for David Malinich. While an instrumental CD overall, vocal elements enter into this newest release of David's on two tracks with the edition of singer Casey Long. One of these is a unique cover of Zeppelin's classic 'Kashmir'.
