Dr. Frederick has been practicing holistic medicine specializing in sports medicine and psycology. He has been a Doctor of Chiropractic for the past twenty years working as the Director of Doctors at the International Sportsmedicine Institute. He has worked with professional sports teams and players as well as amateur athletes for over 22 years. His primary focus has been on biomechanics until 2001. When he discovered the Satori Technique. This incorporates the mind, body, and spirit into a real and powerful Holistic approach. Dr. Frederick's combines his knowledge of biomechanics and the body to help his patients exceed all their limitations and learn to love the journey. His office has over 1/2 Million dollars worth of state of the art fitness testing and training equipment and an indoor pool for rehabilitation and training. He teaches professional athletes and non-professional athletes biomechanics of running to avoid injury, enhance speed, and/or endurance. He has studied the effects of nutrition and strength programs for development of specific activities and/or to reduce injury risk. He helped setting the standards for positioning for use of VDT (video Display Terminals-Computers) for the state of California.He continues to personal work out cross training with Yoga, Hiking, and weight lifting programs. He Meditates and teaches Meditation.His main focus now is on the effects and relationship of the mind and body. Recently he has been helping people remove their limitations by using a combination of Yoga, Ti Chi, Hypnosis, and Meditation. He calls this combination a Satori (a brief Glimpse of enlightment). In the past few years he has been developing the Satori Technique, which has resulted in many miraculous changes in his patients health and well being.
