Message from Above
Fabien Prévost wrote and performed that album, the second after 'no, no, no!', published in 1996. The idea behind 'message' was conceived during a two months retreat somewhere south of London early in year 2000. The music on this CD is made of short, extremely melodic pieces. They definitely have a stronger rock feel than on Felm's first album, sometimes even on the hard side. Guitars are more omnipresent, counterbalancing the domineering presence of synths with their typical 80's vintage sound, definitively a Felm's trademark. Each piece conveys it's own universe, through a specific ambiance and beat. It is Progressive Instrumental Rock at it's best. Once heard, the melodies will never leave you... Enjoy...
