Time Waits for No One
Francesca Gramm bio Performance began at the early age of five for Francesca when she was chosen by school talent scouts to play the leading role of the Pageant play ... not long after she discovered she could sing. Singing brought such joy, a career in music was inevitable. Francesca studied with private voice teachers in NYC and began writing songs in the early 90's. She appeared in many clubs performing her eclectic collection of pop tunes. Her three octave sultry, sometimes raspy, voice reflects influences reaching as far back as Billy Holiday, Patti LaBelle and up to present day Pink. The millennium brought about many changes including a shift in direction for Ms. Gramm when she decided to have one of her tunes, 'Instant Gratification', remixed by Warren Rigg, a brilliant, in demand dance/pop producer. A whole new world opened up for her, a world in which she felt very much at home. She created her own record label, MusicBanc Records, and manufactured vinyls & CDs of 'Instant Gratification' which became a hit in the dance clubs nationwide. In addition Francesca recently received an award as a composer from the Popular Awards Panel of ASCAP for 'Instant Gratification'. Francesca's artistic expressions are not limited to music. Her culinary art developed resulting from a natural talent for cooking and a surviving artist's limited budget. Plans for a cookbook are in the works. She has also designed many of her own fashion accessories and one day will have her own line available in stores worldwide.
