Songs of Inspiration 2
Gordie Fuller began his music ministry in the early 1970's shortly after he became a Christian. This developed out of a lifelong ambition to serve the elderly and those in hospitals and prisons. Gordie began singing and playing piano in night clubs and bars as a teenager but turned his talents over to the Lord when he gained a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in January of 1974. Gordie has travelled in Canada and the US visiting churches, nursing homes, hospitals and prisons. He is currently in full-time ministry. Despite offers of recording contracts and appearances at venues such as Nashville's' famed "Grand Ole Oprey" - Gordie has remained true to his original mission. Gordie is also available to speak and sing for banquets, or other church, service club or community events. Gordie recorded his first albums in 1975 and 1976 but took a break from recording and cut his travel to part-time, while raising his son. In 2003 he recorded his 3rd album (which was his first CD) and less than a year later, went back into the studio to record his 4th project. A fifth CD is presently in the planning stages. Gordie shares his faith with all who will listen and is in demand to return nearly everywhere he goes.
