When Tim Armstrong first heard the classic, low-slung punk of The Heart Attacks, he fell in love. With a sound that nods back to the Dead Boys and the New York Dolls, this band has inspired the same reaction at sweaty shows from Boston to Florida, at Warped Tour dates in 2005 and 2006, and from their many fans in hometown Atlanta. On this release, longtime fan Joan Jett added her trademark growl to the punked-out doo-wop of "Tear-Stained Letter".
