Born in february 5th 1967 in Niger,the Heart started his profession as a dancer.He was a member of 'MAZARI'which was the first dance group in his country owned by his older brother who is a DJ.After the group broke up in 1991,his love for the music had him enrolled in Formation and Promotion Musical Center(F.P.M.C)in 1992 and took some piano courses.He created a band with some of his classmates and named it mazari also. He has different styles in his musical production He does hip-hop,R&B,pop reggae,ragga and goumbe which is a traditional rhythm in his country.The Heart has 3 albums. The first one came out in 1996,the second in 1999 with his band mazari and his latest release came out in june of 2004.He describe himself as the voice of the improvished people.In his latest album,the Heart sings in 3 languages: English,French and Hausa his native language.In his lyrics he's talking about poverty (United States money)juvenil delinqquency (stand up,boutali koyo)his lovely neice (myriam) his love life (if you love me,crise sentimentale,une chanson de coeur,ina bida mata,wait on your lie)and a new dance (raggazouk)that he created.
