Dreads in My Heart
There is something about this album! People of all different walks of life, different ages, different backgrounds and different musical tastes have loved this CD. It has sold in virtually every continent and has been played in radio stations from Miami, USA to Nairobi, Africa. Maybe it's the positive messages, maybe it's the fusion of reggae and rock, maybe it's the sweetness of the melodies, whatever it is, take a listen and you decide. Every song points to the need to engage in life in a positive way and not get entangled in the negative things we deal with at work and with people. This music is also about how we can find the peace of mind and soul we need in order to get de-programmed and transcend the material dimension of living and step into a higher vibration of living in which our lives make a positive difference to our brothers and sisters who share with us this earth we call home. We sing especially about the role that the Rasta plays as a disseminator of truth, pointing out injustices and standing up for the rights of those who cannot, and we present possible solutions to problems, all in a positive voice, with faith and praise to Jah, who guides us in this endeavor. In this regard, we know that reggae music and the Rasta message play an important role in the future of our world. Not only do we stand to benefit from the truths that are revealed by this musical message but, also, we realize that we need reggae music to heal ourselves from the effects of this Babylon system in which the human spirit can be crushed for the sake of so-called progress, economic gain, and selfish aggrandizement - therefore limiting our potential as human beings. Our music is about unity, hope, peace, selfless work and a better way of life for all people in all nations for all time. Thank you for listening and we hope you enjoy the music and the message.
