Cape explains that lead single "It Could Be Real" - "is a song written from the perspective of a disenchanted single person. A person who has experienced the highs and lows of multiple failed relationships. They have more than once considered the possibility that they are not fit to partner with another. But they have landed on complacency. They now believe they are actually capable of lasting connections and their potential to be fit enough for someone else. It's a suspicious invitation, but the song is meant to be tongue and cheek and light as well."
