Almost 3 years after releasing his debut album and playing many shows in the Boston area, singer/songwriter John Copeland returns with an incredibly ambitious follow up that is bigger and bolder in every way. With the help of a backing band of talented musicians, Copeland crafts songs of identity development, troubled relationships, taking risks, and finding out what really matters in life on a much grander scale than it's predecessor. Genre-skipping from 90's alternative rock to folk/country to soul to 1960's jangle, Copeland connects the songs with common themes and thinking-person lyrics. Multiple harmonies and layered instrumentation round out the overall sound to make the music as dynamic as the lyrics.
