Acoustic Worship Project
The Acoustic Worship Project with Jon Gaugert begins and ends with the truth of God's Word. The first song, 'A Love For You' says just that....God's love for you becomes evident when you wait patiently as He works faithfully, to mold and shape your life. He fills that empty space with His amazing grace. You are engraved in the palm of His hand. What a way to start this musical project, this sincere journey of worship directed to God, about God and for His glory. 'I Am A New Creation' establishes once again the incredible truth of God's love for you and His complete acceptance of you. When you finally make that leap of faith to trust Jesus Christ for your life, He changes the rules, sets a new standard, not based on what the world or your peers think of you, but on what God thinks of you. You are a new creation, deeply loved and forgiven, pleasing to God, accepted and complete in Christ. The songs in between continue to encourage and inspire us as we work our way through life's trials and triumphs. 'From Jeremiah' is God's Word to you that He has a plan for you......He will prosper you and will not harm you......plans to give you hope and a future. What's your future look like right now? Do you know without a doubt the outcome of this journey we are all on? Are you feeling loved and forgiven by Almighty God, or are you running and hiding from Him? The words of track 6 'Healing on the Inside' come as a great encouragement, but not without some effort on our part.....surrender. 'When you come to the point of surrender of your life, to the Lord and all He's planned for you, there is peace inside.' Peace..............This is an overriding comment from people that have heard the CD. It's a feel- good CD........sincerely readjusting your perspective and pointing you once again or for the first time, to the Lord Jesus Christ. Enjoy the music. Trust that God's Word is truth. Believe in His great love for you. Rest in the fact that God knows what's He's doing. Determine in your heart to seek after Him and wait patiently for great things to happen!
