Queen of the Prom
K-Ration was formed in the latter part of 2004 by three veterans of the Cleveland, OH. music scene. The band is made up of; Ken Blaze vocalist of the long-time pop-punk veterans The Unknown; Jeremy McLellon, guitarist of local bands such as Curse of The, Verbal Blackeye and the Aggravators; and Pugsley, the drummer from 90s pop-punk band Dreyfus. The trio with Blaze on bass and vocals, McLellon on guitar and vocals and Pugsley on drums, has put forth their first full-length recorded effort with 'Queen of the Prom' in the fall of 2008. From the instramental musings of 'Latnem' and 'Mental' to the moody 'Rust' and the punky 'Mix Me Up,' 'Queen of the Prom,' showcases the band's unique and distinct style of punk, indie rock and experimental music.
