Ian Maxwell, is an original thinking Irish Rock singer, songwriter. He writes with good, compact original story like lyrics wrapped in ear catching melodies. Ian left Irelend, got his degree in London and then tramped the world, playing in bands and developing his style until he met up with a bunch of wild German guys who became Keegan. After paying off enormous debts for trashed hotel rooms and venues, Keegan developed and exciting style that caught the interest of the A&R men of two major labels that. Unfortunately neither could make a decision to take the risk with a genuine rock band. At this point Keegan fired their manager, fired their agent, fired their PR man, fired anyone else who happened to be in the room and left town. On their own initiative they approached a small label based in the UK who released this first single. Their album is being rehearsed and arranged in the cellars of a half destroyed factory. Their music blast between sqatters on the top floors and winos littering the yards, giving a wealth of wierd and scary experiences. This album is expected to be ready in October. Take a listen.
