The Knot is comprised of five (5) very talented musicians. The band was formed in June of 2006 in Orlando, Florida and remains in Orlando. The guys are currently recording and performing at live venues around the Southeast to ensure their life in music. The Knot has been playing at very notable live music venues around the southeast and continues to wow fans and establish themselves as serious musicians. Singer/songwriter Jace is from Moore, Oklahoma and moved to Orlando in 2002 to pursue his musical dreams. Knowing no one and having no place to live, he read about auditions and opportunities in the newspaper and began networking and auditioning. He joined an R&B singing group in 2002 where he toured the US as the opening act for Hall & Oates. The group dispersed after two (2) years and Jace continued to pursue a life in music. He continued to write and record on his own and with other musicians in town. He met drummer, Korey through a mutual friend in January of 2006 and began playing around town with him. Korey is from Orlando and grew up playing drums and bass in church. Through Korey, the other three members came to be. Gabe and Zsaki (The Turner Brothers) are very talented musicians that grew up in Orlando also playing in church Gospel bands and have toured with many nationally known Gospel artists. Chris to no surprise is also from Orlando and grew up playing in church and has been the musical director for numerous groups.
