Llevelynn play guitar-heavy, folk-inspired rock/pop music. Duh. Okay, more precise: British influences like Pink Floyd, Queen or even U2 mixed with American folk rock (CSN, Eagles), sung with 3-part harmonies and played with feeling and drive. It's hard to find a category for this sort music, just as hard as finding an answer for what´s the meaning of "Llevelynn" (it's probably gaelic, misspelled and pronounced completely different). On this second album we always tried to do it a little different. Someone said: do a reggae, and 'Some Say' came out. Some heavy browsing through Alyson Hannigan fanpages sparked, well, eh, 'Alyson'. Fearless (PinkFloyd) made it into 'Anna', I´m afraid. My personal favorite: Loveaffair, it some sort of happy schoolband strumming away feeling.
