Hold on I'm Fallin
'Where does the sun go down on a rainy night, Why can we see the stars if they're ancient light Why are there souls, that we swear we know, What source makes the wind start to blow?' These lines from the song 'Hold On, I'm Fallin'', featured on Lynn's debut CD of the same title, capture the unique, lyrical way Lynn observes self-discovery, relationships, and life's wonders. Hold On, I'm Fallin' features 10 original songs (2 of the 10 are instrumentals), each presenting thought provoking lyrics, a unique approach to life's situations, and an interesting story. Lynn's songs are born from folk roots but have touches of pop, country, rock, and jazz. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Lynn now resides in Maryland where she is either playing out solo or joining singing partners Thankful Vanderstar or Greg Smith. Lynn is also featured on Greg Smith's, Training the Beagle and Make Your Point albums singing harmony vocals. Lynn recently released her second CD titled, The Heart Must Command, which features 12 original songs and has a blend of folk, pop, rock, and jazz. The Heart Must Command was produced by Greg Smith. By day, Lynn is a Navy Defense Contractor, an occupation that was a result of Lynn serving in the United States Navy from 1984 - 1990. She works on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs and her travels give her many opportunities to be inspired. Whether you are out for drive or sitting home by the fire, The Heart Must Command and Hold On, I'm Fallin' are perfect companions.
