More Than Wonderful EP
Martin Adu is solo artist and worship leader at De Levenstroom Gemeente (Livingstream church) in Leiderdorp, Netherlands. British born but based in the Netherlands. Started singing at the age of 9, in a local church choir. He has since found a personal relationship with Jesus, and a call to minister in music of praise and edification in his name. Leads in praise with a passion and also ministers solo in music with a powerful voice. History: 20 years of concert performances in churches, conferences and small gatherings. Performances could be solo with backing tracks, with the praise team, choir and band, or keyboard accompaniment. Martin has been singing in churches, conferences and concerts throughout Europe, the US and the UK. He was awarded the CAMfest 2007 International recognition of musical excellence recently. He also leads two choirs, one of which is a youth gospel choir called - the Happy Singers - in the Netherlands. Martin, a member of the Gospel Music Association in the USA, is also director of Courage Music Productions to promote and encourage gospel music. His warm voice has always been an inspiration to many. His debut album Let there be praise was released in December 1999 and was well received. A follow up album I have his promise was released with known and own songs and most recently ' So good to know' ... Growing up singing Hymns in a denominational church, and then coming into a personal relationship with Jesus, on encountering the evangelical christian world changed Martin's music forever. The words became important. The anointing became indispensible and positive comments from listeners in college brought a realisation of something special. Obeying the call, Martin ministers in Praise to God a worship leader and in encouragement as a christian musical artist. The various musical influences he has had plus his warm baritone with heartfelt singing have touched hearts and make him a joy to listen to, and much in demand. Martin is at home whether as guest soloist with a large Gospel choir, a praise band or in Solo mode. His passion is infectuous and his heart for reaching listeners with the good news and encouragment is unmissable.
