Mat Edwards endorses FENDER MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS Mat has used Fender guitars and amps for years. Only Fender guitars and amps give him that signature sound. Mat Edwards\' main guitar is named \'Ms. Ruby\', a 1988 torino red American Standard Stratocaster (modified). Mat played all slide parts and songs on \'The Here and Now\' on a 1955 Guild X-50 dubbed \'Black Eyed Susan\' (Guild is owned by Fender). Edwards plays only through Fender amplifiers for that rich, fat sweeping tone.
