Myth of the Self Made Man
Recorded during three live shows at the famous Eddie's Attic in Georgia, Myth of the Self Made Man is an album created from the hip, sung from the heart and recorded straight from sound board. Joined by rock'n roll bass player Ryan McDougall and Blueground Undergrass steel pedal player Mark Van Allen, Nathan's simple country song writing comes to life on this spontaneous collection of songs. Inspired by heartbreak and redemption, these songs present a more introspective side to Nathan's song writing. Atlanta producer Clay Cook joins the mix for one studio track (Help from Heaven) and local talent Jill McCallister lends her voice (Call and Call me Baby) for a wide sample of Atlanta's up and coming musicians.
