QUE ./. Biography of a Soldier Que a native of San Francisco was raised in several of the toughest neighborhoods in the bay area. His hard knock street knowledge has definitely added a competive edge to all of his creative endeavors. In his pursuits to continually create music, Que is never without inspiration. Formerly known as G.Q. his rap career launched in 1994 with his first album release titled 'Sucka Free City'. Not only did Que shine on his debuted album, he ranked well on industry charts. The album was released on Que's label Half Ounce Records. Functioning as the CEO and Artist, Que proved to be a productive and savvy businessman. The album was quickly picked up and re-released through Domino Distribution a Los Angeles based company. The album was released under a new title 'Catch Me in the Wind'. Que has worked along side some of the bay areas best artists. RBL, JT the biga figa,Tada Ta, Sac Sin, Spice 1, C-Funk, Sean T and many more. Various artists to include Bill Bavgate of Steady Mobbin formerly with No Limit Records, Mississippi of A Wall Records, Zhaldee of, Squint Low an east coast rapper and several others have called upon his production skills. His tracks have been releases on various compilations to include 'Bay Area Players part 2'and 'Bosses of the Bay'. A naturally gifted dancer Que has worked with well-known groups such as Bija touring with Dave Hollister, Toni Tony Tone, Troop, and many more. Que accepted a challenge in a local nightclub, a dare to show off his talent. Transforming himself into The Bad Boy Que has proven that you don't choose destiny. Destiny Chooses You! As for now Que is still hard at work! He is the owner and engineer of The Dungeon Recording studios located in the Bay Area. Que is also the founder and CEO for AnD Music Group a.k.a. Armed and Dangerous Records. His latest release entitled 'Questions and Answer vol.1' has silenced critics once again proving that he is true to the rap game and is continually rising to the top.
