PRESS RELEASE: J-RAM Records is pleased to announce Robert Allen Mycko's New Single When I Start Drinkin...(I Get Drunk) Just charted on the Music Row Country Chart this last week and is climbing. Congratulation Robert and Company!! Robert Allen Mycko Biography Robert Allen Mycko began singing in his local church at the age of 13. The congregation enjoyed his singing so much, that entertaining became second nature. Robert started playing drums with local bands. His love for country music lead him to teach himself the guitar. He began his creative writing and put words to his music. Recording in the studio gave Robert the chance to express himself in many ways. Upon completion of 'You're My American Hero', a reporter from channel 30 News heard the song and aired Mycko's story. The report was the start of many more interviews and helped launch his music career. This lead to Robert becoming the first to ever entertain at the Connecticut State Capitol in the Lawmaker's Chamers. Robert's appearance at the capitol opened new avenues for his music. This accomplishment put Mycko on the front page of the local papers and was also picked up by MSNBC. 'You're My American Hero' has been getting played on multiple Internet based country stations, with a growing fan base. Mycko is a very goal oriented, organized, hard working individual who takes charge of his own destiny. He is also a husband and father of three children. His daughter is currently singing backup on his debut CD. As a dedicated volunteer firefighter, and appointed member of the Inland Wet Lands Committee, Robert believes in serving his community. Roberts music has been influenced by artists such as Tom Petty, Johnny Cash, and Kris Kristofferson. J-RAM Records inc.
