If you've ever been to New Orleans, the first thing you are struck by is the smell: boudin, river, garlic and magnolias. And then it's the bright cacophony of colors and sounds that come from every doorway. Finally comes the lazy charm which captures your heart forever. We wanted to pay homage to that city's roots while giving a nod to it's other favorite pastime: eating good food. With those two main ingredients in mind, we've cooked up a Southern dish we hope you all will enjoy.
