Man Without a Chisel Russian
The first few members of Spasenie Band from Belarus started performing in '89 in parks, on the street, and in churches. Their combined musical talent is unrivaled and they have toured extensively in Belarus, Russia, Europe, the US, South Africa, and Canada. Classy saxophone takes the spotlight in some numbers. They have a marvelous stage presence that makes for engaging concerts, and audiences are irresistibly drawn in. Man Without a Chisel, recorded in 1997, includes a variety of styles and combinations of instruments and vocals. Spasenie even uses some vocals of their kids to add dimension and flavor. Every song has a unique ethnic sound and the album can be played repeatedly without tiring of it.
