Spindreamer Music: I Play la / Various
Tonight I Play LA This album celebrates the the art of cruisin' in a beautiful classic car...this is music with a better ride. The title song is about an entertainer who has performed from coast-to-coast without much success. But tonight she opens in LA and after a greate audience in Vegas she believes that tonight her song will launch her to fame! _____________________________________________________ Dr. Lansing Gordon, Founder and CEO and Chrys Berri, Producer, announce the launch of Spindreamer Music. This new inde-label is richly produced music for classic cars...a mixture of ballads and jazz reflecting the off-Hollywood music culture where cruisin' is a way of life. The stars for these albums are the wonderfully talented recording artists Deborah Kline-Inatorno, Paul Bartlett, Lee Krabbe and Chrys Berri (Producer, jazz composer and performer). Their bios can be found in the 'About Us' section of the Spindreamer website. Spindreamer Music is constructed to reduce negative stress-listening effects over long drives with extended musical bridges and satisfying sequences. There is the ballad collection, the fusion jazz albums and a group of four CDs that combine the ballads and jazz together. This four-album gift sampler album collection features a ballad followed by a juzz number for a remarkable cruisin' listeining experience unique to Spindreamer. 'Chrys Berri and I have invented something truly new and wonderful...it has to be experienced to be believed!' The music has it's origins in the highways and byways of America...from New York ('Dance With The Angels In Old New York' album) to LA ('Tonight I Play LA' album). Composers Gordon and Berri (of Berri's Music Studio) take much of their material from the aura of classic cars which Gordon says '...have stories to tell and songs to sing...if only we could listen'. 'The classic auto, hot rod and muscle cars of the past are the most graceful of historic sculptures with breathing engines and graceful movement', Gordon said. 'I remember once someone referred to me as a 'car whisperer'. I'm not sure that's so accurate put I do feel that classic cars have survived so long and absorbed the likenesses of their owners to the point where if they could speak to us...even sing to us...what stories they would tell...if only we knew how to listen. Spindreamer Music has captured those beautiful melodies...listen closely and see if you don't agree.'
