This is a collection of 12 original songs that I made into this album (my first) in 2002. The songs were written in a twelve year period starting in 1990, when I wrote 'Captain Nemo'(track 3). This is a true account of how I almost drowned in the Hudson River when I was a kid. 'Sailin' is also a Hudson River song. 'Cheyenne Girl' is a song with a sort of OLd West theme I wrote a number of years ago. 'You Need Love' is a fun rock-and-roll tune. 'Cecilia's Song' is an ode to my beatiful niece Cecilia. 'There's No Prison' tries to deliver a hopful message about the progress of humanity. 'Right Where You Want Me' is a song about a girl I worked with once that I fancied. 'This Old Mountain' is a song about Storm King Mountain near my home town of Cornwall-on-Hudson, N.Y. 'Trash Day' is a melancholy piece about watching my mom chuck my old toys. 'Blues So Bad' and 'Junk Car Blues' are fun blues tunes. 'Tennessee Rambler' is a rolliking intrumental. Enjoy.
