After preforming professionally for over 15 years in New Enland/Coastal Long Island Sound, saxophonist 'Stitch' found himself in the streets of New Orleans' French Quarter in October of 2001. I introduced him to band leader/drummer Walter Allen of All Points Bulletin band, an established R&B Funk act for over 20 years that performed six nights a week on Bourbon Street in a season that ran from October through June. Stitch later became assistant manager for A.P.B., then manager of his own act, and in addition joined a Frenchmen Street jazz act, Two Pan Sam, led by floutist Charles Elliot. In 2003 I decided to let Stitch become a part of Livewire Entertainment. He had the chops, motivation, and finances to produce and travel Livewire's music. In October 2004 he produced an EP with help from executive producers Denise Carlson of NightWind Productions, and, of coarse, myself, creator and C.E.O. of Livewire Entertainment, Daryl, D'Man, Adams. The EP Stitch released is a compilation of his New Orleans' experience with writers/arrangers that believed in his sketches of jazz/hip-hop, straght ahead, funk and film soundtrack finally realized and mastered. Enjoy,LivewireEntertainment performing somewhere in the quater......
