While growing up in a suburb south of Seattle, Washington, T.C. Twitchell acquired a wide range of musical tastes from his parents and siblings, from Patsy Cline to Genesis to Rush. After seeing Rick Allen playing the drums in Def Leppard's Photograph video at the age of 13, T.C. worked all summer mowing lawns and doing other odd jobs to save enough money to buy a drum set. He still plays to this day. His love for piano began in 1988 and would sit for hours at any piano he could find... just playing. In 1997, he finally purchased a piano of his own. Going Home, his first CD, was released in 1999 and was quickly followed by Going Home II in 2001. 'The music that I have been writing this year is very different from anything that I have written before. With the help of some incredible musicians, this next CD will have a much different sound than Going Home II. I think you will like this CD even more.'
