The Theatrimus Experience 'Theatrical Instrumental Music' best describes this artist. The melodies are hauntingly simple yet carry a complexity of depth throughout the compositions. Similar elements and influence from such performers as Moby, Yanni, Enigma, and Hoover Phonics can be expected. Styles range from a flavorful collage of Trip Hop, Jazz, New Age, Electronic, Ambient, and Classical with a pop and film score feel. The compositions lend themselves well with movie scores and have a broad appeal to the listener from a vast array of different instruments; while maintaining a consistency of genre. Biography Starting on the guitar in his teens, Theatrimus' styles ran the gamut: from melodic, to metallic, to the epic. This vast appeal would end up paying big dividends down the road as his writing styles developed. With a hunger to learn more, he attended the Atlanta Institute of Music© (AIM); a former affiliate of Musicians Institute© in Hollywood. Classical, Jazz, Rock, Fusion, and composition classes were among his favorites. Having the opportunity to learn from a plethora of musical legends while in school aided a tremendous benefit to the writing development. In the late 90's Theatrimus found himself being drawn back to piano/synth based compositions from his youth. With the well-timed favor to utilize studios that have collaborated with the famous Abbey Road Studios© and others, Theatrimus has been acclaimed for writing compositions that would suit well for movie scores and similar genres. Testimony has been received that his music possesses a restoration quality to all those that enrich themselves in his compositions. Whether the listener interprets this as spiritual or scientific, one can not deny the moving harmonic pieces that so humbly and refreshingly alter their state of mind to new and optimistic heights. 'Theatrimus is a project not only full of sound-scape like textures, but well crafted melodies, an element so often passed over by today's ambient musicians.' Brad Mitcho - Producer/instrumentalist "Enjoyable Music" Live365.com Lady Panteress Radio "KW is one the most talented musician's I have ever worked with. He has a great sense of groove, melody, and production that is rarely found in one person.' Wayne Morgan - Mixed & Engineered at Abbey Road UK.
