Product Notes

I\'m For Sale!! Yep, that\'s right. I have put so much of my heart & soul into this CD, that I feel like it\'s part of me & I am selling myself. Of course, that makes this personal & I am sweating bullets waiting to see how this all goes..... Eight, my debut CD, drops on August 4th, 2008. Of course, that was my first mistake. Yes, I missed the boat by not releasing a CD titled, \'Eight\' on 8/8/08! But, despite that little oversight, I am hoping this all goes really well. If you don\'t know me, here\'s a little bit of info: I am a country music singer, songwriter & musician, originally from Sutter Creek, California, now living about 30 minutes from Nashville. I just finished my debut CD titled \'EIGHT\', produced and remastered in Nashville by the best--Jim Thistle (Dixie Chicks) and Tony Lopicinski (Train/Gosh Gracin/Earth To Andy). I wrote all but one of the cuts on the CD, but felt so connected with \'The Road\' (written by Casey Beathard & Joe Collins) that I had to cut it & include it. Those of you who know Sutter Creek, where I am from, will understand why; those of you who don\'t, will learn a little more about who I am and where I come from when you hear it. When I first heard the song it reminded me of a saying about being from a small town: \'You spend 18 years trying to get out & the rest of your life wishing you were back\'. Being in the studio recording \'Eight\' was a right of passage for me. I am so proud of how the CD turned out. I worked hard to make sure that my debut CD was authentic and represented who I am as an artist and a person. I couldn\'t be more proud of the statement that this CD makes and even I can\'t quit listening to it! The talent of the musicians on each and every one of the cuts is incredible. I am so fortunate to have worked with the most amazing musicians in Nashville who lent their talent to this project. Every time I hear the songs I am more impressed by what\'s been created. Thanks to everyone who has supported me through this and who continue to support me--it means the world to me. And now, here is my PLEA: I am right on the edge of a really cool deal here & with a lot of important people watching how the sale of this CD goes, I am making a plea to all of you (a little uncomfortable to make, but I just gotta do it & it will make a big difference, I promise...) that you buy as many of these CDs as you can and hand them out to your friends, family, co-workers, drinking buddies & Priests (could be one-in-the same?).....I have given the okay for good discounts on multiple copies that are sold because the number of units I sell will really make a difference here. Then, please give my personal email address (mtmmoozic@comcast.net) to everyone who gets a copy & ask them to email me so I can personally say thanks for listening....I promise to return every email. I really hope you all love this.... Take care, Tim.
