Little Known Secret
Todd Giudice writes songs that sound like the chart-topping classics you've been singing half your life. Todd's music is infused with catchy rhythms and melodic hooks, yet his introspective themes invite the listener to linger. Todd discovered his passion for music at a very early age. He remembers playing his mom's scratchy old 45s; Chuck Berry, The Isley Brothers and Fats Domino are among his earliest influences. Listening to records, and soaking up the rhythms of rock music became an obsession throughout Todd's childhood. His fascination with The Beatles, Creedence Clearwater Revival & other bands inspired him to pick up a guitar and teach himself to play. He continued on into his teen years, playing in garage bands and experimenting with improvisation, bringing Todd to later study at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Since then, Todd has been performing around the Northeast, writing songs and honing his vocal skills. He has played at such New York City venues as The Living Room, The Knitting Factory, and The Bitter End, along with the prestigious Towne Crier Cafe in Pawling and The Colony Cafe in Woodstock. Todd has shared the stage with artists such as NRBQ and Graham Parker. Todd's debut CD 'Destination Venus' released in 2001, has received airplay on prominent radio stations such as WDST, WKZE, WBAI, WPKN and WVKR. With the release of 'Little Known Secret' Todd has refined his abilities as a solo artist. Hailed by Chronogram Magazine for being 'solid as stone', 'Secret' shows no signs of a sophomore slump. Tunes such as 'Sunny Girl' and 'Pull Me Outta Shape' showcase Giudice's talent for vivid, emotive storytelling intertwined with captivating melodies that work their way into your memory so quickly you'll be humming along before the song ends. For the remainder of 2007, Todd will continue to do what he does best. Playing live shows, winning crowds over, and creating more beautiful music.
