Hojound is one of the fundamental training methods of Uechi-Ryu. It's defense and offense techniques performed in the Sanchin-dachi posture have many variations. Hojoundalso allows you to gain more speed, more resistance and to develop perseverance. Your performance in competition will naturally improve the more you practice.
