Summary:

When a player lays down a number card with an 'add-a-rule' icon on it, they get to make up a rule on the spot! Then, for the rest of the round, every time a card with that number is played the rule must be enacted. The last player to fulfill the rule last must draw a card. And there can be as many as five house rules at once in every round.
