Catherine Tuttle is a 19-year-old singer/songwriter from Philadelphia, and now a freshman at Harvard. At the age of 16, she began to play the coffeehouse circuit around Philadelphia accompanying herself on the piano. Soon she was playing some of the best venues in the area, opening for artists such as Phil Roy, Jeffrey Gaines, Grey Eye Glances, Trace Fury, Stargazer Lilly and Lauren Hart. She posted some of her music on the internet, and from there it caught the attention of Jazz producer Alan Bates of Candid Records, who discovered Jamie Cullum. Catherine's style is eclectic and intense - from Hendrix-style Rock (the song "Vintage Heart") to sweet pop ("In Short"), to lonesome R & B, Quasi-Techno and more.
