Description
Directed by Ron Howard, this 1985 science fiction classic follows a group of Florida retirees who discover a "fountain of youth" after swimming in a pool containing alien cocoons. The film features a legendary ensemble cast including Wilford Brimley, Hume Cronyn, Jessica Tandy, and Don Ameche, whose performance earned him the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. As the seniors regain their health and vitality, they must ultimately choose between staying in their earthly home or following the benevolent visitors to a world where they will live forever.
