Product Notes

It was in a High School in the sub-10,000 populus town of Magnolia, Arkansas that a girl had a song to bring to the world. Numerous line-up changes and six-years-later this girl is ready to let the world hear the fruits of her labor. Amyh Hart fronts this dynamic No Coast Rock-n-Roll group now residing in the college town of Fayetteville, Arkansas. As the founder of this group, she has taken them on multiple National and Regional tours spanning from the Pacific Northwest all the way to the deep South. While remaining true to her musical roots, Amyh writes songs that empower girls to dream high, far, and sing along like there is no tomorrow. As if the music was not enough to launch this little-known band into the forefront of Pop Punk, Amyh's stage presence leaves all in attendance gasping for air. Press: PUNK PLANET-- 'Excellent pop-punk from down in Arkansas that keeps it simple and because of which succeeds wildly. Female vocals add an even more poppy feel, and the songwriting never gets complex to the point of being too technical for a pop-punk band. Seek this out for a good, honest pop fix.' --dave hofer associate reviews coordinator LITTLE ROCK'S LOCALIST MAGAZINE-- Dreamfast is an addictive band. They blend pop-punk power riffs with raw, original hooks and changes. They're that not-so-standard band working in a genre that has become overpopulated and often burdened by the routine and same-old. ALLAGESZINE.COM-- Maybe it's because I was watching this movie just before listening to this album, but Dreamfast bears a resemblance to Josie and the Pussycats combined with influences that seem to range from Tsunami Bomb to the pop punk sounds of bands like Screeching Weasel. Played With: Motion City Soundtrack, Everclear, Bowling For Soup, Sugarlcult, Tsunami Bomb, Bayside.
