'Out of the Blue' is Frank Brown's fifth CD, two came before with Flight of Mavis and two with Buzz Zeemer.All have been for Record Cellar, (Frog Holler, John Train) the Philadelphia based record label that was formed to record his first band.Some of the names on the liner notes have changed but Frank's vision for big, melodic, pop-rock songs remains unchanged.
