Product Notes

Former child superstars Jackie Cooper and Jackie Coogan make the grade in this rollicking campus comedy from director Phil Karlson (The Silencers). Fresh out of the service, Johnny Kilroy (Cooper) plans to attend Benson College but is denied admission when it's discovered he's half a credit short. So when his pal Pappy (Coogan) spreads word that Johnny is the famed "Kilroy was here" hero himself, the publicity gets him into Benson and the school's most pompous frat. But when the brothers discover he's not the mythic Kilroy after all, a plot is hatched to kick him out of the house and Benson College as well.
