This illustration book, originally published to accompany Eiichi Ohtaki's instrumental collection "NIAGARA SONG BOOK," celebrating the label's 50th anniversary, has been resized and re-edited with some illustrations different from the original.
Enjoy the unique worldview of Hiroshi Nagai's illustrations, now acclaimed worldwide, combined with the sheet music and lyrics of Ohtaki's works, in this luxurious hardcover edition. At the end of the book is a mini-interview with Nagai discussing his Niagara Works.
About the Author:
Hiroshi Nagai: Born December 22, 1947 in Tokushima Prefecture. After working as a graphic designer, he became an illustrator in 1978. Since then, he has provided work for numerous album covers, including "A LONG VACATION," as well as advertisements and calendars. He has continued to produce evergreen works since then, and in recent years his work has been gaining worldwide acclaim as art.
