Description
In the early '70s, young director Peter Medak ("Zorro, The Gay Blade") was tapped by Peter Sellers to take the helm of his pirate comedy "Ghost in the Noonday Sun." Between the star's temperament, the redone-on-the-fly script, and production accidents, the shoot proved to be an end-to-end fiasco with a finished product deemed unfit for release by Columbia Pictures. This cutting and confessional documentary look back at the experience and it's aftermath from Medak offers singular insights into a long-notorious project. 93 min.
