Antonio Vivaldi's 1725 collection of

concertos - Il cimento dell'armonia e

dell'inventione secured the composer's

reputation for all eternity, with it's

first four concertos becoming one

of the most widely spread classical

compositions in the history of music: Le

Quattro Stagioni.

The Australian Chamber Orchestra,

recognized for their virtuosity, energy

and individuality, led by it's Artistic

Director Richard Tognetti, offer their

interpretation of Vivaldi's Four Seasons,

representative concerti from his earlier

L'estro armonico, and a smattering of

other Vivaldian pieces.
